Queer Ontario is pleased to announce that it will also be participating in the first-ever Stonewall TO March on June 26 to commemorate the legendary Stonewall riots and to celebrate queer liberation in all its glory. Please see the Stonewall TO Facebook Page for more details.

If you would like to be part of Queer Ontario’s marching contingent, simply make your way down (or up) to Queen’s Park for 11:00 am on Sunday, June 26 and look for the Queer Ontario banner. We will have a number of sign-making materials for you to make signs on the spot — or, you can come prepared with your own hot pink sign! (emphasis on hot pink).

The March is set to start at 12:00 noon and will make its way eastwards towards Cawthra Square Park, where it will merge and mingle with the Back to Our Roots! event organized by Blackness Yes!, where we will also be serving food (as per our previous post)
