Goals

Eradicating discriminatory policies and practices in corporations both within and without the LGBTQ community that place LGBTQ people and community groups at a serious disadvantage.

Providing support to LGBTQ individuals and organizations in addressing and combating corporate discrimination and/or marginalization.

Note: this includes both private and not-for-profit corporations, as well as government agencies.
